Our Team
The DHS Outcomes Team has created the gold standard in driving positive patient outcomes for OSA and COPD patients. The team is comprised of professionals that are onsite and responsible for monitoring patient outcomes. The true aim of the program is to enhance patient compliance by monitoring activity, patient education and consistent follow up.
Monitoring
The Outcomes Team is responsible for monitoring patients that are enrolled in our PAP program.
Advanced Equipmemt
We continue to invest in the most advanced PAP and Oxygen equipment available to meet the needs of our patients.
Patient Education
All PAP patients are set up and educated by RTs or appropriately trained staff.
